Informed by owner that plumber scheduled to come out to repair hot water nozzle on hand sink neat to three compartment sink. Sliced tomatoes and egg salad just made. Facility recommended for permit renewal. Once application and fee is processed and permit is printed, food permit will be delivered.

    Observation: The door gasket of the True fridge in back room is torn.
    Correction: Repair or replace the door gasket in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Critical: Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (repeated violation)
    Observation: Observed buildup inside ice machine. Ice buildup observed inside Hersey's ice cream box.
    Correction: Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.
