    --Dirty dishes were sitting in the handwash sink at the time of inspection, no paper towels. COS by removing dishes from sink.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Floor , in the walk-in cooler has exposed subfloor and broken tiles and is not durable, smooth, non-porous, non-absorbent. Facility is in process of obtaining bids to repair the floor.
