    --Kitchen ice machine hopper and bar room ice machine hopper, food contact surfaces, were observed to have slime residue and were not clean to sight and touch. Bar ice machine was shut off, and cleaned during inspection. Additional ice machine located in kitchen will remain off until drained, cleaned and sanitized. Facility contacted cleaning company at the time of inspection.
