    --A food employee was observed returning to the kitchen after eating, but did not wash his hands before resuming food preparation. Wash hands in between tasks that may have contaminated hands, such as after eating.
  • Reheating Food (46.365)
    --Food is being reheated in the steam table located at the front counter. The cold food is put in the steam table early in morning and slowly reheats through the morning. Reheat all food to 165 degrees F on the stove in the kitchen. Once food reaches 165 F, put the hot food in the steam table. Steam tables are designed to keep reheated food hot. Steam tables cannot be used to reheat food.
  • Storing Clean Items (46.774)
    --Clean equipment and utensils, being stored in the kitchen, are not be covered or inverted. Invert or cover clean equipment and utensils.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --There is no baseboard coving in between the after school program refrigerator and the 3-bay sink. Replace the baseboard coving.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --The lights above the cafe and near the food and 3-bay sinks in the kitchen are not shielded. Shield these lights.
