I just want to make a Manager aware of a training opportunity. I am a General Manager of a Hotel and I would like to know when something isn't right. I was at your facility on July 10, 2015 around 1p.m. I ordered chicken fingers and French fries. When I sat down to eat the chicken, it wasn't done in the middle. It was cold and raw. I took the fingers up with my fries and let the cashier know. She said would you like new ones. Of course. However, when I got the order re-cooked and sat down to eat the fingers, it appeared that my old ones were cooked to the point of burnt breading. When I took a bite of my French fries, she just put my old ones back in the box cold. The entire order should have been new. I rarely complain but this was poor service and terrible food. I was there because one of my friends work in the Target store. I will be letting him know about my experience as soon as I get a chance to speak with him. Again, this is a great opportunity for training. I should have been refunded at this point. However, I didn't make a huge deal the second time. I won't be back again.
