    --The fire suppression system inspection tag for the cooking exhaust hood is dated June 2013. These systems must be inspected every 6 months. Correct immediately. I was informed a call has been placed to the inspection agency and they are waiting for them to return the call to set up an inspection. Once completed please send me a copy of the new tag.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Provide a light shield and end caps to the bulb inside the Classic Refrigerator. Provide end caps to the shield inside the 2 Door Refrigerator. Correct within 7 days.
