    --Sour cream container found iced improperly on the counter again. The facility had just opened and the sour cream was 37F. Proper icing was explained again and corrected on site.
  • Objective of Cleaning Food Contact Surfaces & Utensils (46.711(a))
    --The two (2) soda guns and nozzles and holders were found dirty again. They were removed and cleaned on site. Maintain everyday.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --BASEMENT: Remove all un-used items and/or organize the items under the stairwell. Another general sweeping/cleaning is needed of the floors especially under shelving and the bags of soda syrup. Correct within 3 days.
