    --Observed numerous food employees touching prepared subs and salads with bare hands. Also observed employee scooping out from a bin using the customers drinking glass. Management was informed that gloves, tongs or deli tissues will need to be used. *CORRECTED ON SITE* Tissues and tongs were used after being informed.

    --No gloves were observed being used during the time of this inspection.

    --Observed tomatoes stored directly on the floor in prep area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.
