WORST EVER! Morning service is sooooo slow so I won't go back but evening service is pathetic! I have never gotten what I ordered! I have tried checking the order before I leave the window but after waiting so long I just want to go home and feed the kids. Sadly, I never get what I order so someone doesn't get food. I am so done with this store! I will go 5 miles out of my way and go to Greensburg store. DONE with incompetent people!

On 2/10/16 stopped for lunch inside the Latrobe Laurel Plaza McDonalds #12137. Two folks in line ahead of me. It took ten minutes to get waited on then waited another fifteen minutes to get two fish sandwiches & fries while I watched another gentlemen behind me get his order which was the same as mine. When I complained I was told they had no control over how the food comes out. When ask to speak with Mgr she was the one bringing the food out so she was part of the problem. She also said the gentlemen running the register was in training. When I ask why someone else wasn't running another register to provide help she said she was helping him. Six more people were backed up behind me and were also getting disgusted. I will never go back to the Latrobe Laurel Plaza McDonalds.
Would you recommend MCDONALD'S #12137 to others? No

Just stopped by this location for some chicken McNuggets. The line at the drive through was about ten cars deep. My ordered was placed and received within a few minutes. I expected the wait to be much longer. The guy at the second window handed me my order and apologized for any delay (which really wasn't that long) He was very friendly and polite.
Would you recommend MCDONALD'S #12137 to others? Yes

The staff it this location during the evening hours should be all replaced down to the managers,I took my family here for supper on two different occasions and my little ones got to hear the young ppl that works hear cussing and carrying on.the manager said to me that she told them about it and didn't know what else to do.well if you can't control them then u don't need to be in charge. This happened on two different nights even after the first complaint.needless to say I'll never stop at this location ever again
