    --Observed equipment, in prep area, with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces.
  • Toilet Rooms Enclosed & Self-Closing Doors (46.922(d))
    --Toilet rooms do not have a self-closing door.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --Side door located in the prep area of the food facility has a gap and broken screening that does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.

    --Floor in prep area in disrepair and not easily cleanable. New flooring was supposed to be ordered and installed by March. There are numerous areas with cracked and broken floor tiles. There are some new vct tiles that have been nailed down and poorly installed so that the floor does not meet with proper installation requirements.

The food is terrible and very very salty especially when there is mole hair in your food! And it's not healthy at all
