    --Prep refrigerator is holding foods near 45 deg. F. Must be below 41 deg. F. The thermostat on this unit was set on 4 of 9 (9 being coldest). It was observed that the top of this unit (lid) was left open for periods longer than necessary. All potentially hazardous foods in the unit were stocked within the last couple hours.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Small rodent-like droppings on the floor in the warehouse (separate from food processing area). There is service ware (paper products) stored in this building.

Attached is a picture of the side of the recent cake that I ordered. The chocolate is showing. If it wouldn't have been for my daughter, I wouldn't have shown it to anybody. Check the cakes before even (maybe especially) if they're on display!
