    --As discussed, there is still food debris / litter buildup under storage shelving within the walk-in cooler, and the wall / floor junctures are stained with dirt like residue. PIC stated that the walk-in cooler and walls will be cleaned at the close of business today.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Still numerous cracked / broken floor tiles next to the emergency exit door, and floor trim by the utility mop sink is still separating from the wall. PIC stated work orders have been initiated, to have these items repaired / replaced.
