    --Thick scale-like residue on the nozzle of the "Bunn" brand coffee maker in the kitchen. Clean as needed.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --Ventilation hood system canopy and piping in back kitchen area has been recently cleaned, but the fire suppression lines on the interior top right still have grease droplets overhanging the grill. Clean as needed.
  • Cleaning Ventilation Systems (46.981(d))
    --Exhaust vent directly above microwave in need of a detailed cleaning to remove the free hanging dust and build-up of grease.
