    --Food product temperatures of cheeses stored in grill line sandwich unit recorded above 41*F, again. Same issue with the 3 door reach-in cooler, product and air temperatures above 41*F. As noted, the round dial thermometers in both coolers are not accurate, both read 40*F, remove both from service. The alcohol thermometers are accurate. Grill line cooler emptied of all temperature control for safety foods during inspection. Owner stated he will be ordering a new sandwich cooler tomorrow, and will have the 3 door cooler serviced / checked as well.
