    --Victory reach in cooler not operating to maintain cold holding temperatures of 41*F or below. Unit's digital readout thermometer may not be accurate as well. Product temperature of bottled water held overnite in cooler at 45*F. Thermometer reading on cooler reading 40-42 air temp inside at 45-47, thermometer reading 38*F, air temp inside at 43*F, about a five degree difference using both infared and digial stem type thermometers. PIC related that nothing but blister pack dressings and bottled water are stored in cooler overnite. Service cooler as needed, provide an internal air gauge thermometer to monitor operating temperature.
