    --Far left cabinet door above the mechanical dishwasher area is made of wood and paint and is roughened /peeling / and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface. Apply tow coats of semi gloss to this area to comply.

    --Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation debris
