    --Observed the duct tape has been removed, owner has to replace the lining inside of the door. There is exposed insulation exposed on the door.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Observed the floor inside of the walk in cooler is in disrepair, the metal is peeled back leaving a surface uncleanable. Observed there is contact paper on the wall and the paper is peeling and lifting. Owner stated the wall and floor will be corrected with in a week.
