    --Noted the sink with the sprayer was blocked due to the drain being disconnected from the sink. Dishware cannot be pre-cleaned or rinsed prior to being sent through the mechanical dishwasher. Facility is using all disposable dishware at this time and pots and pans are being rinsed at another sink prior to being sent through the dishwasher.

    --Noted a heavy dust build up on the heating vent in the rear storage area.
