    --Observed the soap dispenser broken in the main kitchen hand wash sink. A new dispenser will be put in today.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed a 1/4" gap at the bottom of the rear access door that leads to the outside. Recommend a threshold be put on the bottom of door to prevent insects from coming in.
