Boxed assortments sugar free mixed nut, winter grove assortments, cello wrapped / bagged / boxed chocolate figurines, sand dollars, zodiac bars, smithereens, lopsticks, gourmet apples, rum caramels. Reviewed labeling requirements with owner who stated that all the above are new products and he has yet to complete the new labels, but would do so immediately.

--Dishwash sink basins in front service need cleaned regularly, build up of dried beverage and food residue, drain baskets filled with food and liquid wastes. Small fly like insects observed alighting on unclean sink basins / backsplash.

--Mouse-sized rodent droppings, too numerous to count, found in base cabinets in kitchen area. All need emptied, all evidence removed, all cleaned / sanitized, monitoring traps set, avenues of access plugged.
