    --Thermometer for ensuring proper temperatures of food is not available or readily accessible. Mike stated that he will buy one today. Thermometers were bought for all the cooler instead.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    --Noted a water leak from the hot handle of the 3-bowl sink. Also, leaking from faucet arm now that the chemical systems were attached.
