    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed water leaking from the hot line underneath the kitchen 3-bowl sink. This sink does have hot water, but it appears the hot line that supplies the kitchen 3-bowl sink also runs to the bar 3-bowl sink which is NOT Receiving hot water (46*F). Keep water contained and repair plumbing as needed. Utilize kitchen 3-bowl sink for bar glass cleaning until repaired.

    --Walls w/ chipping/peeling paint in areas. Repair as needed. This was previously cited.
