    --Old food residue on the bottom of the milk cases in the dining room. As per the manager, the cases will be cleaned when the food handler return to the kitchen tonight.

    --Old food residue on the meat slicer blade, frame and housing. The slicer was disassembled for cleaning. *Mold on the divider in the ice machine. The manager stated that the ice will be removed and the machine cleaned when the food handler return to the kitchen today.

    --There is no check valve on the mop sink hose bib outside the facility. A hose is connected and on the ground creating a cross connection.

    --A pipe is leaking under the pot wash sink in the meat kitchen. The bucket under the pipe is overflowing.

    --The screen on the kitchen exit door is coming off the frame.

    --No sign or poster posted at the hand wash sink in the prep area and women's restroom to remind food employees to wash their hands. Signs were posted.
