My family and then I went to this braums tonight. We ordered 4 meals 3 shakes and 1 soda. 3 out of 4 sandwiches were made wrong, 1 shake was made wrong, and in my med. Mint choc. Shake I sucked up a napkin through the straw ughh so gross it made me sick! When I called and talked to the manager I explained this, her response was there is no way a napkin could be in your shake. ( so she called me a liar? I have the napkin ma'am!) And then she followed that with there is nothing I can do for you! So rude! And so gross! Now, I know things happen but if she would have been polite I would have been happy! I'm not! So I called cooperate too! She was just flat out rude! If you don't like your job, find one that you enjoy!! Happy eating!!
