Me and my family went to this McDonald's hoping to get food and get out quick but instead we had to wait a whole 35 minutes for our order and it turned out the order wasn't even right. We asked for a refund because we didn't want to wait any longer and it took the person 15 whole minutes to give us a refund and the refund wasn't even put in properly. Worst McDonald's I've been at by far.

Went thru on the 3/29/21 at 10:30pm. Got two cups of coffee and two apple pie and it took me 25 minutes. I guess it was the manager brought the coffee to the window and sits it down and tells the girl who was working the window that the order was done. I had to sit and wait for the girl to come back to the window and hand me the coffee. I don't understand why the other woman could not have handed them to me. Really bad service. I'll not go back. And at the time there was only two people in the lobby.

Went through the drive through today and sat for 22 minutes behind 4 vehicles. The lobby wasn’t full so service was awful. Then when I got my food and pulled off was missing my fries and the sandwich was to be plain it had everything on it. This is a awful place.

I stopped at your Corbin KY restaurant on Monday May 23 to have breakfast. While I was there I asked an employee if they could recommend a vet because my dog was sick. I was from out of town, Hanover Pa. The employee found someone who recommended, looked up and gave me directions to the vet. The vet saw my dog on an emergency, my dog got better and we had a great vacation thanks to the kind and caring staff at McDonald's. That person could have just said "I don't know". Thank you so much for your help.

went through the drive thru at the Falls Rd. McDonald s and ordered the $2.50 double cheese and fry special .Nothing special order . There were 2 cars ahead of me in line after ordering.
IT TOOK 14 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER.\

WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG ?
THEY COULD HAVE GONE OUT AND SLAUGHTERED THE COW IN THAT MUCH TIME ?
