KDA_4_20211A2 - --Stored as clean on a counter next to the slicer, a food contact plastic container had cracks in the interior surface. COS Container was discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --Metal pans that were stacked and stored as clean on a shelf above the meat slicer had old date marking sticker. COS Pans was removed and place in the warewashing area to be scrapped, washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
