The containers did not have the common name on the containers. COS Employee labeled the containers. KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the WIC, cooked diced chicken did not have a prepared or discard date. The chicken was separated by a paper towel. Employee said the bottom half was cooked 8/26 and the top half was cooked 8/27. In the WIC, made on-site verde (contained pork and potatoes) did not have a prepared or discard date. Employee said it was made 8/24.
