KDA_3_50116A2 - --There was a container of shredded cheese 50F, container of approximately 20 cream cheese packets 68F, container of approximately 20 land o lakes butter packets 68F and cold plate holding approximately 15 boiled eggs 58F on the self service counter. All items were placed on the self service counter at 6:15AM. COS- PIC moved cream cheese and butter packets to refrigerator in back for immediate cooling, and will be using time as a public health control for the boiled eggs and shredded cheese. Both items will be voluntarily discarded at 9:30AM.
KDA_6_50116 - --There was a wet mop with a handle stored in the mop bucket in the kitchen not allowed to properly air dry.
