KDA_3_30211A1b - --There were containers of raw hamburger stored in the top portion of make table 2 on the cook line directly above a container of RTE chicken patties and a tray of RTE sliced cheese. There was no divider provided between the top and bottom of the make table. COS- PIC moved the chicken and cheese to the walk in cooler.
KDA_3_30212 - --There was a container holding an unidentifiable product on a shelf near the warewashing/prep area without a common name listed on the label. PIC identified the product as seasoning.
KDA_3_50116A1 - --There was chili that measured at 106F in the crockpot on the line. PIC could not identify when the item was prepared. COS- PIC voluntarily discarded the chili.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was a rubber spatula on the clean utensil rack with a broken and cracked food contact surface. COS- PIC voluntarily discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --There were approximately 10-15 plastic food storage containers with old date sticker residue along the sides stored on the clean utensil rack in the warewashing area. COS- PIC moved the containers back to the 3 vat sink for additional cleaning.
KDA_4_90311B - --There were several plastic food storage containers stacked together wet on the clean utensil rack not allowed to properly air dry.
KDA_6_501110B - --There were employee jackets hanging on the dry storage rack in the back directly over single service cups.
KDA_6_50112A - --There was dirt and grime build up along the inside of the cabinets in the lobby area.
KDA_7_20111A - --There was a wiping cloth bucket of QT and a working spray bottle of surface cleaner stored on a shelf under the front counter directly next to and touching several bags of single service straws. COS- PIC moved the chemicals to a different area.

No activity. --There was an opened bag of RTE hot dogs in reach in cooler 1 on the line without any date marking. PIC stated the item was opened today 1/6/16.
