KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the WIC there were 2 (16oz) bottles of Highland Vitamin D milk at 46.4F and 44.9F. The doors have been opened and closed due to customers getting product out. The ambient air temperature of the unit is reading 36.3F. COS-discarded the 2 bottles due to KDA 61 probing the product.
KDA_4_50111B - --The door gaskets to the RIC doors of the WIC are torn and pealing. This does not provide a good seal. (Door seals where dairy products and sandwiches are stored).
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is pink slim on the plastic ice chutes of the Pepsi and Coca-Cola soda fountain machines. There is dried food debris on the inside of the dispensers to the Cappuccino machine that is stored next to the slush machine.
KDA_6_20211A - --In the back storage room the light fixtures do not have protective covers over the light bulbs. There is food stored in the back storage room on the shelves.
KDA_6_50112A - --In the back storage room there are dead insects and trash on the floor.
KDA_7_10211 - --In the back storage room on a plastic rack there were 2 working spray bottles with a pale yellow liquid and one bottle (without a cap) of pink liquid and was not labeled. The person in charge said they were bleach and window cleaner. COS-labeled all of the bottles.
KDA_7_30111B - --On a retail shelf there were 3 cans of Barbasol shaving cream, 1 bottle of Good Sense body lotion, 2 bottles of Pert Plus 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner and 2 bottles of Wet Ones (with alcohol) being stored directly above individual packets of medicine and Halls cough drops. COS-removed chemicals. In the back storage room there were 2 bottles of green liquid hand soap being stored directly above a red plastic crate of assorted food packets (laffy taffy, dark chocolate crunchy clusters, buffalo blue cheese pretzel bites, etc). COS-removed chemcials.
