KDA_3_30211A1a - --In the Whirlpool refrigerator there was an open bag of raw ready to eat hash browns being stored directly on top of 2 rolls of raw ground pork. COS-discarded the bag of hash browns voluntarily.
KDA_3_30212 - --On the counter top there was a squirt bottle with clear liquid. The cook said it was water for the grill. COS-labeled bottle water. There was also a clear plastic shaker with a white powder substance. The cook said it was powdered sugar. COS-labeled the shaker.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the General Electric refrigerator (to the right of the 4 vat sink) there was bags of raw chicken at 73.1F, 70.8F and 46.4F. The cook said they were thawed under running cold water in the 4 vat sink from 5:00am just prior to placing them in the refrigerator before 11:00am (past 4 hours). COS-discarded. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 41.5F.

COS-date marked the item. In the General Electric refrigerator (to the right of the 4 vat sink), there was an open package of turkey without a date. The cook said it was opened on 10/9/15. There was also an open bag of cut salad without a date. The cook said it was opened on 10/11/15. COS-date marked both items.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --In a utensil holder there was one rubber spatula that had cracked/chipped edges. COS-trimmed the edges smooth.
KDA_4_60111C - --The General Electric stand up freezer has soiled residue on the side where it is opened. There is dust build up on the inside of the hood above the grill. There is grease build up on the sides of the fryer.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There was minor mold build up in the pop nozzles at the soda fountain machine. There was minor dried food debris inside of the plastic dispensers of the Cappuccino machine.
