COS-removed chemicals. On the retail shelf there were 2 bottles of Lava Heavy Duty Hand Cleaner being stored directly above a box of Halls cough drops. There was also bottles of liquid body scrub and lotion being stored directly above 3 boxes of Luden's cough drops. COS-rearranged items.

KDA_3_10111 - FOOD shall be safe, UNADULTERATED, and honestly presented.
