COS-items were discarded. KDA_4_60212B - --The microwave in the salad bar prep room, has dried on food debris on the interior ceiling and glass holding tray. KDA_5_20212A - --When inspector arrived the hand washing sink felt hot. At 8:50 on a rewash of hands the temperature was 93.4F at the north west hand washing sink. At the south west hand washing sink 93.4F, salad bar prep area, 90.6F. In the women's restroom located at the front of the building the hand washing sink was 92.4F. There is no hot water in the hand washing sink restroom that is located off the kitchen. KDA_6_30114 - --In the women's restroom located by the front entrance. there was no hand washing signs. COS- left sign. KDA_6_50111 - --In the rest room off of the kitchen, there is paint peeling around the hand washing sink. The back door located off of the janitor/ chemical room, has holes in the metal of the door. KDA_6_50112A - --In the storage room, the vent cover has an accumulation of dust. In the walk in cooler, the fan covers have an accumulation of dust. KDA_Defacto - --Frozen food is frozen. --Hot water sanitizer, mechanical dishwasher, was at 165.7F. --In the walk in cooler, ambient 36.6F. Milk cooler, 33.8F, 36.7F.
