- KDA_3_30212 - --In the food storage room, there was a container with a white powder in it with out a label. Employee said it was flour. There was also a container with a yellow liquid in it with out a label. Employee said it was oil. COS-items were labeled.
- KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the freshman kitchen, on the salad bar shredded lettuce was 58.7F. Employee said it was brought down from main kitchen. Not sure when it was prep this morning. COS-lettuce was placed in reach in cooler.
- KDA_4_20211A2 - --On the east wall, there were two plastic lids that had pieces out of them. COS-lids were discarded.
- KDA_4_60111A - --By the main dish food line, there were two pans stored as clean with food debris and one with sticker residue. Back on the metal shelf on the east wall, there were six lids stored as clean with dried on food debris and one with sticker residue. Stored as clean under the buffet warmer, two pairs of tongs with sticker residue. COS-all items were placed at the mechanical dishwasher.
- KDA_Defacto - --Freshman kitchen: salad bar, shredded cheese 42F, reach in cooler, ham and cheese sandwich 39.3F. Milk cooler 37.5F. In the main kitchen, Delfield reach in, ambient 36.7F. Bev-air milk cooler 37.3F. eight door reach in, diced tomatoes 39.2F. True reach in, breaded and precooked chicken strips 33.5F. Walk in cooler, ham sandwich 36.1F. --Frozen food is frozen. --In the oven, chicken strips 190.5F. --The mechanical dishwasher, was 164.1F for hot water sanitizer. At the three compartment sink, quaternary sanitizer was 500PPM.
