KDA_3_50116A1 - --Located in the hot box, there was a pan of black beans being held at 81F. PIC said they opened the cans of beans approximately 1 hour ago and they are going to dish them up before lunch. COS. Beans were placed in oven to reheat to 165F. Educated staff.
