  • KDA_4_60111A - --In the prep area in the kitchen, were food contact plastic containers were stacked and had dried food in the interior surface and stickers residue on the exterior surface. COS Containers were removed from storage rack and placed in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. (repeated violation) Food contact plastic containers were stored on top of a prep table in the prep kitchen area under the seasoning had dried food debris in the interior surface. COS Containers were removed from the table and placed in the warewashin area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. (repeated violation) A scoop was stored in a container filled with utensils in the prep kitchen area near the warewashing sink had dried food debris on the interior surface. COS Scoop was removed and placed in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. (repeated violation) Meat department, the meat grinder had dried food debris in the interior surface and on the grinding arm. COS Employee started cleaning the grinder during inspection.

  • KDA_7_20111A - --Meat department, sanitizer bucket filled with sanitizer was stored next to a pan of raw pork chops that were uncovered. COS Sanitizer bucket was removed. (repeated violation) In the back storage area, natural peanut butter and boxes of cake mix was stored next to chemicals. COS Peanut butter and cake mixes were removed. (repeated violation)
  • KDA_7_20111B - --A can of aersol window cleaner was stored above a box of seasonal single use styrofoam plates and napkins. COS Can was discarded.
