KDA_5_20312A - --Facility has no available toilet or toilet room for employee use in facility due to sewer back up. Until repaired, employee said he can use the restroom at Marcie's Café next door. As directed by KDA district manager facility placed on NONC with 10 day follow-up. Inspector told manager once repaired to contact inspector so re-inspection can be completed. KDA_5_40213 - --Employee stated that facility has active sewer clog in main sewer line. The facility is a packaged food and fountain beverage facility that has closed bathrooms and restricted water use to prevent sewer back up until sewer can be repaired/cleaned. Facility placed on 10 day follow-up NONC and asked to contact inspector for re-inspection once main sewer line is repaired. Manager said main line sewer is expected to be repaired by afternoon of 1/22/2016. KDA_Defacto - --According to employee, Wild Bill's snack sticks and jerky were returned to vendor. Explained to employee that the facility can sell products with keeping the master container label as a reference. No other labeling issues were observed during visit. --Facility having issues with clog of main drain sewer line. Employee reported that line is clogged and to prevent sewage from coming up thru drains they restrict water usage and stop use of drains to keep contamination out of Risk #3 packaged food facility. Facility is using alternate methods for water use and storing water until sewer is fixed. Manager estimates repair by plumber later today 1/22/2016. If facility sewer issue becomes so it can contaminate food or food products facility should close packaged food and beverage sales in facility.	01/22/2016	3	Follow-up	Out
KDA_3_60111 - --On retail shelf, meat products labeled as Buffalo Bills Jerky, Buffalo Bills Nacho snack sticks, and Buffalo Bills Habanero snack sticks sold without USDA bug on packaging. Inspector looked up manufacturer on Website and spoke with Patrick Sherburne from the company and confirmed that the facility is USDA inspected and that they sell the Jerky and other beef products to distributors who will place the product into containers that can't be labeled with the USDA bug by the manufacturer before the product is placed in the container. The company suggested that the package label be added with the USDA bug to the display container when put out for sale. COS-PIC removed products from sale until label could be corrected. 10 day follow-up for correction. KDA_3_60211B1 - --Facility sells packaged pumpkin seeds from sister facility in Wichita. No labeled common name or weight is available on package. COS-PIC removed product until label could be created.
