KDA_3_60211B1 - --Located in the RIC there wan one container of white substance and one container of brown substance with no labels. PIC said the white was alfredo sauce and the brown was dry mixed seasonings. COS. Containers were labeled.

The pizza dough WIC has an accumulation of dried food debris on the handle. The vent hoods above the pizza ovens have a large accumulation of lent debris.
