KDA_Defacto - --FE has hosted a group sanitation class for hand washing education. All employees are also educated one on one regarding hand washing and each employee signs an agreement with the FE stating they have a complete understanding of hand washing instructions and importance. --Sanitize buckets of QUAT for wiping rags was 200ppm. --The FE has a remodel planned for the area between the dishes, cook station, and serving station. There will be a new hand sink added. This remodel is set up to take place in November 2015. There are still 2 hand sinks being used by staff. --Upon arrival, the drain under the dish machine was plugged and not draining properly.
