KDA_4_60111A - --5 plastic container, 3 lids stored as clean on storage rack for clean equipment across from 3 vat sink with visible food debris and on surface. COS rewashed.
KDA_4_70211 - --Establishment was actively washing dishes at time of inspection. Inspector checked the strength of the sanitizer, and the strip did not change colors. No detectable sanitizer in sanitizing vat. PIC stated they have been having problems with the sanitizer dispenser. COS PIC took some bleach from the laundry room and used bleach to sanaitize. Inspector left a small amount of test strips for PIC until the dispenser is fixed.

Ambient air temperatures in case ranged from 48F to 38F. Discussed overstocking the case with PIC.
