Person in charge said they were held next to grill for cooking for 2 hours. A container of cleaned metal spoons used by employees were stored next to soda machine with lip-surface upright. KDA_6_30114 - --Handwashing sinks in male restroom and kitchen do not have handwashing sign. (corrected on site-signs added to sinks) KDA_6_501114A - --There is an accumulation of papers, unused equipment, and unused supplies located on shelves throughout kitchen area. KDA_6_50112A - --There is accumulation of grease and soil under fryer, grill, make table, coolers, and dishwasher. There are 15 old mouse droppings under sink and next to soda machine in front waitress/waiter drink prep area. KDA_7_20811B - --A first aid kit was stored on shelf directly above clean empty pitchers used for tea/water in waitress/waiter area.
