KDA_2_30114H - --Observed an employee wiping the counter tops with a wiping cloth that had been in a sanitizer solution. The employee then put on a pair of single use blue gloves to get frozen meat out of freezer. COS Employee and PIC was educated. Employee washed her hands and put on a new pair of gloves.
KDA_2_40111 - --Observed a employee chewing on something while in the prep area of the kitchen. COS Educated PIC and Employee.
KDA_3_10111 - --A container filled with sausage gravy did not have a prepared or discard date. PIC was unsure of the date it was prepared. COS Gravy was discarded.
KDA_3_30212 - --A bottle of liquid butter did not have a label of the common name. COS Butter was discarded.
KDA_3_50119B2 - --A bottle of liquid butter was sitting on the counter next to the oven. PIC said it had been there since 7am. Butter had a temperature of 68F. It was not marked with time. COS Butter was discarded. 2 containers of shredded lettuce that had a measured temperature of 61F and 62F was not marked with time. PIC said it was taken out at 10:30am. COS Shredded lettuce was marked with time.
KDA_3_50119B3 - --A bottle of liquid butter did not have a time mark on the bottle. PIC said it has been out since 7am. COS Butter was discarded.
