- 3-304.15(A) - --Observed an employee handle raw chicken tray with gloved hands. He then handle the pans of RTE fried chicken. COS Employee was educated. Employee washed his hands and put on a new pair of gloves.
- KDA_3_30111B - --Observed an employee carrying two baskets of RTE rolls. The employee right ungloved hand was touching the RTE roll. COS Employee and Chef was educated. Employee washed his hands and put on a pair of gloves.
- KDA_4_20211A2 - --Hanging on the wall, a spatula had a chip on the outer edge. COS Spatula was discarded.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Hanging on the wall was a spatula that had a dried food residue. COS Spatula was removed and placed in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. A knife had dried food debris on the surface was stored in a knife holder as clean. COS The knife was removed and placed in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
- KDA_4_60111C - --In Nathan WIC, there is a build up of dust on the fan covers.
- KDA_5_20511B - --In the left side bar, the bartender was using the handwashing sink to rinse out a silver mixing cup. COS Employee and manager was educated. Suggested to switch the handwashing sink with the dump sink for easier access.
- KDA_7_20111A - --A can of aerosol dusting spray was stored on a food contact surface of the meat slicer that was stored as clean. COS Dusting spray was removed.
- KDA_7_20111B - --Hand sanitizer was stored above utensils at the wait staff area. COS Chef and manager was educated. Utensils were removed. By the ice machine, hand sanitizer was stored on a wire shelf above food contact bowl. COS Sanitizer was removed.
