COS Employee and manager was educated. Suggested to switch the handwashing sink with the dump sink for easier access. KDA_7_20111A - --A can of aerosol dusting spray was stored on a food contact surface of the meat slicer that was stored as clean. COS Dusting spray was removed. KDA_7_20111B - --Hand sanitizer was stored above utensils at the wait staff area. COS Chef and manager was educated. Utensils were removed.
