KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the walk in cooler, ready to eat cut tomatoes and cut lettuce (prepped on site) not date marked. As per an employee, the items were cut yesterday (more than 24 hours)(dated). KDA_4_20211A2 - --One plastic measuring cup was cracked. One aluminum measuring cup was badly damaged with crinkling on the bottom. Neither item could be properly cleaned, and pieces of plastic can end up in foods from cracked utensils (discarded).
