KDA_3_30611 - --At the serving line there are trays of sausage on a stick sitting out to be picked up by students coming in to eat. The sausage on a stick is not covered or protected in any way to prevent contamination. Corrected on Site (COS) - speaking to school about their options on this. They will keep items away from the end of the counter and students coming through the serving line. They will keep the exposed items being served covered except for the end they are dipping/serving out of which is away from the serving line.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is a buildup of dirt/dust on top of the dishwasher.
KDA_4_90411B - --There is a tub of spoons for self-service with the students. The spoon handles are facing multiple directions, making it so that a student grabbing the handle of one may touch the food contact/lip contact surface of another.
KDA_Defacto - --Milk sitting out for serving: 41.6 F, Hobart Cooler: Chopped Lettuce - 39.6 F, Milk Cooler: Milk - 35.8 F --The kitchen manager provided chlorine test strips. Hot water dishwasher - 161.2 F --There is a bag of chopped lettuce in the cooler. The two people originally present were not sure when it was opened, but they know it was after Monday (10/19). The kitchen manager later came in and said this bag had been opened yesterday (10/21) at lunch time. --Wiping cloth put into 100ppm Chlorine mixture.
