KDA_3_50118A2 - --A container of cut cabbage stored in walk in cooler did not have preparation date on it. Person in charge said it was cut on 1/18/16 over 24 hours ago. (corrected on site-cabbage was properly dated) This was the only date marking violation observed during inspection. Person in charge said most foods are prepared daily.
KDA_4_10211A1 - --Peas stored in and in direct contact with a plastic 'thank you' bag were stored in make table. (corrected on site-peas moved to food-grade bag)
