KDA_3_30412B - --In the ice machine, the metal scoop handle was in direct contact with the ice. Corrected on site (COS): The scoop was placed so the handle was not touching the ice.
KDA_4_10111A - --3 non-food grade plastic containers were used to store pepper, cumin, and basil (items were in direct contact with the container). COS: The manager removed and lined the container with foil/used food grade contaienrs.
