  • KDA_6_20116A - --The spray foam insulation on the ceiling and walls in the east stock room was not smooth or easily cleanable.
  • KDA_6_20214 - --The employee restroom doors were not self closing by the produce prep area in the back room.
  • KDA_6_30112 - --There were no paper towels available in the employee men's restroom. "Corrected on site" (COS-the paper towel dispenser was stocked).
