Discarded. 12 cold hold previously cooked beef patties in the three door make table with no date mark. The owner couldn't pinpoint the date they were made and she immediately discarded them.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --open bag of lettuce stored in top portion of the single left make table with the with lid open during busy time of lunch hour allowing the lettuce to reach 51. Corrected with education and placed in lower section to shock back down where it is 37.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --open 4 quart plastic container of previously cooked corn with no date mark and owner/cook said it was prior Wednesday that it was cooked up. Discarded being greater than 7 days.
