  • 4-302.14 - --Facility has sanitizer test kit that expired 09/07. Test kit matched inspectors test kit expiring Sep. 1, 2017 in checking sanitizer in 3 compartment sink at 50ppm chlorine. Facility can use test kit until a new kit can be purchased. FWL issued.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --In ice machine, plastic ice scoop cracked. COS-Manager removed scoop and chose to discard.
  • KDA_Defacto - --dish washer 165.4, 3 compartment sink 50ppm Chlorine (parts per million)(expired test strips from 9/07 matched inspection test strips at 50ppm) --Note: At food service line, employees producing trays and setting them at the edge of the counter creating no gap/spacing for food protection. No kids were in line for food service so manager created a space between the kids and the made food trays. If the facility wants to put trays to the edge of the counter a sneeze guard must be installed. --Note: Discussed with manager about a can in storage room that had a dent in top seam. Dents along seams are not to be used they need to be considered adulterated. --On service line, hamburgers 154.7, French fries 135.7, hot holding unit cheese burgers 147.5
